Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are created and shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- International: 5-21 business days
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide through our global fulfillment partners. If your location is eligible at checkout, we can ship to you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can follow your package from production to delivery.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Our production process starts quickly, so we can’t guarantee address changes once your order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if the item hasn’t entered production.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart listed on each product page. For relaxed or oversized fits, consider sizing up. If you’re unsure, contact us for guidance using the contact us page listed in the main menu.
Do your items run true to size?
Yes, unless otherwise noted. Oversized or fitted styles are intentionally designed that way and labeled clearly in the product description.
Where can I find your size charts?
Each product has a dedicated size chart. On mobile, scroll below the size selector or tap “Size Guide.”
What if I ordered the wrong size by mistake?
We cannot offer returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, so please double-check our size guide and reach out before ordering if you’re unsure - we are happy to help. Every piece is made to order just for you.
Discounts & Bundle Deals
Can I use more than one discount?
Only one discount can be applied per order. Some bundle deals can be combined. If one or more bundle deals are active, discount codes will be blocked.
How do bundle deals work?
Bundle discounts (like 15% off 3 tees) are applied automatically when qualifying items are added to your cart.
What if I qualify for more than one deal?
Our system will apply whichever discount gives you the best price. Only one promotion can be used per checkout.
Order Issues
I didn’t receive my order — what should I do?
Start by checking your tracking link. If it shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact your local courier. Still stuck? Reach out to us within 30 days on our contact us page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, production begins quickly — we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Double-check your order before confirming.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us from our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
All claims are reviewed, and replacements are issued at our discretion once the damage is verified.
Product Info
Are your items made to order?
Yes. Every piece is printed or embroidered and prepared specifically for your order — that’s how we maintain quality and reduce waste.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We aim for consistency, but minor color or placement variations may occur due to lighting and production processes. It won’t affect overall look or quality.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Select styles may return, but many drops are limited. If you see something you want — grab it while it’s still available.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my items?
Wash cold, inside-out. Hang dry if possible. Avoid bleach and don’t iron directly on printed areas to keep your piece fresh longer.
Will my print fade or crack?
Our inks and methods are high quality, but any print will last longer with gentle care. Stick to cold washes and skip the dryer when you can.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each item is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
