Terms of service
These Terms of Service apply to all merchandise sold by A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC, doing business as Legacy Merch, Bachata Legacy, Daniel & Bri, Daniel Arnon, Brianna Jones, and Bri Jones. By purchasing any merchandise online or in person, you permanently agree to these Terms. These Terms operate in addition to the Bachata Legacy Master Terms of Service. If there is any conflict, the Master Terms control.
1. Production and Fulfillment
All merchandise is produced and fulfilled on demand through third-party manufacturing. Items are created specifically for each order and are not stocked, resold, or exchanged.
2. All Sales Final
All merchandise sales are final and non-refundable. This includes online purchases, in-person purchases, preorders, limited releases, discounted items, and gift orders. No refunds are issued for incorrect sizes, color expectations, or buyer error.
3. No Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered under any circumstances due to the made-to-order nature of the products.
4. Product Display
Color, brightness, size, and print placement may vary slightly due to production tolerances and device displays. These variations are not considered defects.
5. Defective Item Policy
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, the customer must submit a defect claim within seven (7) days of delivery including:
• clear photos of the defect
• a photo of the full item
• a photo of the packing slip
• a written description of the issue
• the order number
All defect claims are reviewed solely by the manufacturing partner. Legacy Merch does not determine defect validity.
If the manufacturer approves the defect, a replacement of the same item will be produced and shipped at no cost to the customer. A return is not required unless the manufacturer specifically requests it.
If a return is required, the customer must ship the item back at their own expense using a trackable method. Untracked or lost returns are not eligible for replacement.
If the manufacturer denies the defect claim, no replacement, refund, store credit, or compensation of any kind will be provided.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Legacy Merch is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, courier delays, customs fees, failed delivery attempts, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered but not received. These issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
7. Returns
Returns are not accepted unless explicitly requested during a defect investigation. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or replaced.
8. In-Person Purchases
All in-person purchases are final. Items may not be tried on except over clothing. Socks, hats, and hygiene-related items may not be tried on under any circumstance. No returns or exchanges are provided for in-person purchases.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing merchandise, the customer agrees that all sales are final and waives the right to pursue chargebacks or payment disputes. Any attempt to reverse payment without authorization constitutes breach of these Terms. The customer is responsible for any fees or costs incurred by Legacy Merch in responding to or disputing a chargeback.
10. Limitation of Liability
Legacy Merch and A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC are not liable for:
• color variations
• sizing issues
• print placement differences
• production timelines
• shipping delays or courier errors
• lost or stolen packages
• damage caused after delivery
• allergic reactions or sensitivities
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The customer’s sole remedy for a verified manufacturing defect is the replacement process described in Section 5.
11. Non-Disparagement
Customers agree not to publish false, misleading, or harmful statements about Legacy Merch, A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC, or its owners and representatives. This obligation survives permanently.
12. Intellectual Property
All merchandise designs, branding, logos, images, and related materials are owned by A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. All disputes are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration terms outlined in the Master Terms of Service.
14. Email Communications
By completing a purchase or creating an account, you agree that we may contact you with transactional, operational, and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but transactional and account communications will continue as long as your order or account is active.
15. Incorporation of Master Terms
By purchasing any merchandise, the customer agrees to the full Bachata Legacy Master Terms of Service:

This includes liability waivers, indemnification, non-disparagement, permanent binding terms, chargeback prohibitions, privacy terms, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution.
16. Updates
These Terms may be updated at any time. Any purchase constitutes permanent agreement to the current and future Terms, even if the customer does not review updates.
