Shipping policy

Legacy Merch ships worldwide. All products are made to order and shipped directly to you through our trusted fulfillment system.


Processing Times

All items are produced specifically for your order.
Standard processing time is 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or delays caused by carriers or customs.


Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

USA: 3–5 business days
International: 5–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and items purchased.

Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions or for qualifying order totals.


Customs, Import Fees, and Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, handling fees, or customs charges upon arrival.
These charges are:

• not included in product prices
• not included in shipping costs
• entirely the customer’s responsibility

We cannot reimburse or influence customs decisions or delays.


Risk of Loss, Delivery Responsibility, and Carrier Liability

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, delays, damage, theft, or delivery issues transfers to the customer.

Legacy Merch is not liable for:

• delivery delays
• carrier errors
• misrouting
• customs delays
• damaged packaging
• stolen packages
• packages shown as “delivered” but not received
• lost shipments caused by the carrier or postal system

We are also not responsible for fulfillment or carrier operational issues, processing errors, or delays.

Any replacement decisions are at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.


Tracking and Delivery Issues

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

  1. Confirm the address provided at checkout

  2. Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members

  3. Contact your local postal carrier with your tracking number

  4. If the issue is not resolved, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We are not responsible for:

• shipments sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
• unclaimed, refused, or unretrieved packages
• stolen deliveries
• delivery attempts missed by the customer

Packages marked “delivered” are considered completed orders.


Lost Packages

If a carrier loses a package in transit, we may assist in filing a claim, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
Outcome depends strictly on carrier or fulfillment verification.

We do not issue refunds for lost packages.
