Refund policy
Every Legacy Merch item is made to order and created specifically for you. Because of this custom production model, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, nor do we offer refunds except in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect.
By completing a purchase from Legacy Merch, you permanently agree to this policy in full. By checking a box or clicking purchase, you consent to conduct business electronically, and you acknowledge that your digital action constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, misprinted, or is incorrect, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.
To open a claim, email itsbachatalegacy@gmail.com with:

a detailed description of the issue

clear, well-lit photos of the entire product and the specific defect
Claims submitted after 7 days, or without the required photographic documentation, will be automatically denied.
Production Partner Authority: All defect claims are submitted directly to our production partner for review. An item is only eligible for a replacement or exchange if the production partner explicitly deems it defective and approves the claim. Legacy Merch does not make these determinations and cannot override the production partner's decision. "Defects" do not include damage caused by the user (e.g., scissor cuts upon opening), improper washing, shrinkage, or normal wear and tear.
If the production partner denies the claim, that decision is strictly final, and no replacement, refund, or credit will be issued. Only upon explicit approval from the production partner will Legacy Merch issue:

a replacement of the exact same item (default outcome)

a replacement once the item is back in stock, if temporarily unavailable

store credit ONLY if the item is permanently discontinued
Refunds to the original payment method are never offered under any circumstances. If a physical return is required for claim approval, the item must be shipped back and confirmed received before a replacement or credit is issued. Legacy Merch is not responsible for any return shipping costs. Legacy Merch is not liable for any issues denied by our production partner.
2. No Returns or Exchanges You are solely responsible for reviewing all sizing charts and product details before ordering. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for:

wrong size ordered

change of mind or preference differences

shipping delays caused by carriers

failure to pick up or retrieve deliveries

incorrect addresses provided at checkout

items purchased in person and inspected prior to buying

socks, headwear, or any item that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
3. Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order is placed, it immediately enters the automated production queue. Orders cannot be changed, edited, combined, or canceled for any reason.
4. Transfer of Liability and Lost Packages Ownership and liability of the product transfer to you the moment the package is handed to the shipping carrier. Legacy Merch is not a shipping company and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

Check with neighbors or building staff.

Confirm the delivery address you entered at checkout.

Contact your local carrier directly to file a trace or claim.
Legacy Merch is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, or lost due to local carrier errors. Replacements or credits are never guaranteed for lost or stolen packages.
5. International Orders and Customs Customs fees, import taxes, duties, and postal delays are strictly the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot replace, refund, or intervene with orders delayed or held by customs.
If you refuse to pay your local customs fees and the package is abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the sender, you forfeit your order entirely. No refunds or replacements will be issued for abandoned international shipments.
6. Zero Tolerance for Chargebacks By making a purchase, you agree not to dispute charges with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback for an order that is delivered, in production, or does not qualify under this policy constitutes a material breach of our Master Terms.
If a chargeback is filed, your access to all Bachata Legacy platforms and future events will be permanently terminated. You formally agree to indemnify A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC for the original purchase amount, plus all administrative fees, payment processor dispute fees, and collection expenses incurred.
7. Store Credit (If Issued) Store credit is offered exclusively if your verified defective item is permanently unavailable. Store credit does not expire, may be used on any future Legacy Merch purchase, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
